Download your app
Open the Windows EXE, or open the APK on Android. For existing Windows records, keep the EXE in your existing UBS data/application folder. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager.
Verify your email
Create your account and complete email verification. Your new verified account starts its trial.
Open your company
Create a company or open your existing records. Keep a separate backup before updating an existing installation.

What is Ultimate Business Software (UBS)?
Ultimate Business Software, or UBS, is the bookkeeping and billing application from KD SOFTWARES for Windows and Android. It brings company accounts, invoices, financial statements and GST reports into one installed application, with records saved locally on your device.
Do I need the internet to do my accounting?
Your books and accounting work stay on your device. An internet connection is needed for account verification, online activation and cloud backup or synchronisation.
How do I activate UBS?
Create an account and verify your email to start the 15-day trial. To continue with a paid licence, contact KD SOFTWARES. We approve the duration and the devices covered: Windows, Android or both.
How do backups and synchronisation work?
Eligible paid devices on the same account can check for newer cloud books when opening and ask to back up and sync on normal close. Devices sharing a baseline can merge new INR receipts and payments when staff protection is off. Other concurrent changes require an explicit choice; recovery copies are retained before replacement.
Can I update without losing my books?
Keep a separate backup first, then install over the existing app. Do not uninstall Android UBS or clear its app storage. On Android, use Back or Close app to see the backup prompt; swiping the app away cannot guarantee an upload.
